Our mission is to

ENCOURAGE. SHARE. INFORM. SUPPORT.

Serving all homeschooling families* in the Lycoming and Clinton Counties of Pennsylvania, LCCHEA facilitates community-building and social interaction, offers a platform for the sharing of information and experiences, and provides encouragement to homeschooling families in our region.

Our most active homeschool community group is located on Facebook, but we are also on MeWe as Central PA Homeschooling Community (LCCHEA), and updates can be found here on our website. Use our Contact Us form to request information about any of our activities.

LCCHEA is a not-for-profit organization staffed by volunteers who have experience homeschooling their children. Our volunteers are also subject matter experts in a variety of topics pertaining to homeschooling such as: homeschooling a special needs student, homeschooling a college-bound highschool student, understanding Pennsylvania homeschooling law, local discounts and activities for homeschool students.
